Hi, I’m Sandra Hallum.  I have been with the Jay Lyda Insurance Agency for five years. however, I have been in the insurance business for 32 years.  I am currently licensed in property & casualty and life and health.  When you are looking for terrific customer service and knowledge with a solid company to help you choose the best coverages for you and your family, give me a call.  My office hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and till 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

JoAn Bustos, Customer Service Representative

Hi, I’m JoAn Bustos. I have been with Farmers for 17 years and five years with Jay Lyda Insurance Agency.   My areas of customer service are Commercial business, builder’s risk, and workers’ comp.  Assisting customers with their varied insurance needs is my priority.  I currently have a property & casualty license, so I can also be helpful with other lines of insurance.
